Scusami, I know that these photos are not appropriate in this season. Anyways last week, Stefano and I went to a cemetery near his place and I was quite amazed on what I saw. It was so different from the usual cemetery in my hometown in the Philippines. We took photos (sucks cos I ran off film) and just stayed for 15 minutes since the cemetery was a bout to close. I told him to go there next year when he comes back from Abruzzo.

Yo! I finally received a package from Blood Is The New Black that I ordered a month ago, and its here already!!!! Its the "Blind Bargain Bag" by Dan Monick. 5 shirts for only 26 euros! My favorite tees are the "Giant Cum", "Ice cream" shirt and the COACD. Anyways, I got a from a landlady yesterday so thought the YSL manifesto bag is finally here. But when I went there to check it, it was a different package. Oh well, good thing it arrived. Though Im still waiting for the wristlet from YSL and the 2 stuff I bought from ASOS. I dont know why it takes so long, ASOS. *sad face*

In the past few months, Ive been really in my most lazy bone mode. And now that August will end soon, I feel somewhat in myself to be more productive. There are lots of stuff goin into my head. There's even a certain point in my life that made me think to go back to wasteland aka hometown. Thats the most painful thing will happen. EVER.

After months of soul searching, Im still contemplating if Im goin to attend the photography class, where my knowledge in taking photos will gain and know the pros and cons. Ive been building my portfolio ages ago. It's only 20% of my actual works. And there are a lot of things that need to consider in this kind of job. Materials -- lens, lightning, make-up artist, assistants, and fine ass models. I even want to go back to school.

She's from London and shes here with her family for summer vacay. We've been virtual friend for a year and Im looking forward to see and catch things up with her. Teramo weekend is so soon and since Im a weather junkie, just found out that it will goin to rain the whole week. That sucks! I was thinking long boardwalks, riding bikes, reading books while having sunbathing, making margaritas and meeting new friends and just live the hot night and pump it up. Just hope the weekend will be supreme.

I bought this so cheap flash today at a flea store near my place. At first, I was thinking of not buying it since I dont think its necessary and will be suitable for my d90. But then this lady asked me to just try and after 30 mins of sweating coz of figuring it out -- it totally works. And when I went back home, I noticed that its suit for all Nikon AF lenses. Sweet. Im still learning! Ill show photos with flash on my next post.

I really can tell that it will be a busy week for me. And irony is slapping on my face. I need to complete the requirements in converting my license into a European drivers license. Its sorta easy since I just need to go to these offices. How neat is that? School starts in a couple months and Im planning to enroll this coming fall as a liceo, again. I picked the night shift with my fellow Albertine's, Gerry. Anyways, there's a directive that I should put in my mind, it is to pass the French exam so they can put me in a 3rd year level. Merda! I suddenly feel this feeling couple of years ago. The pressure is on me right now. I barely talk Italian, and now, I need to pass the damn exam. There's nothing wrong in trying. Thank God, Camille lends me her books and such. I just need someone who has a French tongue, anyone?

On the brighter side, Rome Pride 10 is on Saturday. Im so stoked! And yes, Im goin there and its my first time. I remember I was in Stockholm when it was held last year.

Finally, I went out after 2 weeks bein stuck at home because of chickenpox. Its like I was in coma. I was so eager to go out and just bein under the sun. As you can see on my self-portrait, there are still marks and blisters on my face. Im not contagious anymore and Im just waiting these blisters gone after a week or what not. Watched Goodbye, Lenin and just hang out in a lazy Saturday afternoon. I wish I could hanging by the pool the whole day with my book and some margaritas. A's still in Milan and hopefully seeing her this week.
So last week was great. We had a lil rendezvous with my friends. I havent seen them in ages, literally and hanging out with them was good. Went to a gelateria and catch things up. I met my former classmate, Gerry and we were laughing our ass of from our stories we've been talking the whole day. Mi mancano! Baci!

I really cant wait to go out and do some activities before the summer starts. I love summer but I really hate it when the wind ruin my hair and all the sweats. There will be some twist in my life. I wasnt born and raised in Rome and I know that fact that it doesnt rain snow here. According to the locals, the last time it rained here was on 1985, so its 25 years ago. Nothing is impossible. It rained snow this morning. Everyone was screaming. Its like kids that are craving for chocolates. While I was walking, everyone was smiling, and kids having fun throwing snow balls. Ahhhhhhhhh! OMG! FINALLLLLLY! Theyre on my hands now! I really cant believe theyre mine now. So yesterday, we got a haircut with Georgette and mine was horrible. They cut it more shorter and Im not used seeing myself in lil bangs. I wasnt suppose to buy these shoes but when I saw it on sale, I immediately get it, and the fact that is was their last pair, and it was my size! Destiny much? Ive been lusting for a DMs since God-knows-when. The DMs on the picture is the Pascal one. I dont mind owning a pair of those, I just need the normal one, 8 eyelets, size 41.
My mind has been preoccupied since fall. Daunt is obscure without saying ifs and buts and a silence of hunches. I need my peace of mind and get back from stratch. Its so dark outside, the rain is still pouring since morning.

Its nice to be back in Rome. I really miss the city. Right now, Im enjoying the winter and some side lines. Gotta work my ass out this year.

So its exactly 5 hours before New Years Eve here in the Philippines. Im at my cousin's house right now, and everyone is so busy preparing dishes for tonight's party. 16 days left before I come back to Rome.

Anyway, I have a lot of memorable memories and lesson learned this year. Freedom. I feel like a bird flying when my family knew Im gay and everything that Ive been hiding for 21 years. Its like someone took off a thorn in my heart. It really feels so good, knowing that your family is aware about you and cares more. Like what they've said, Life is a roller coaster ride, which is true. I learned how to love and what love is. Cheesy as it may sound but who cares. Its a feeling that every time you wake up in the morning, you smile suddenly and you feel beautiful and the fact that you feel so protected to everyone. But its not all butterflies and sunshine, there were times that you feel like so alone and things doesnt go well.

I just want all the hatred and sadness go away, and be more positive and energetic vibes tonight. Lets face the new year happy and strong. Goodbye 2009, hello 2010.

If youre gonna ask me what my New Year resolution is: Be more productive.

Ahhh I dig the contrast and the texture of it. Anyways, Ill be back to the Philippines this week, Thursday for vacay. Ill stay there for 50 days. How fucked up is that? I know, its a long vacation. I need to pack my stuff and put all the summer clothes out of my closet now. Gonna miss winter. You know, when you wake up in the morning, curling up on your bed, cappuccino and croissant. Ah, so great.
Im not goin to update this thing more often coz of lack of internet connection; but Ill do my very best. So hate it! You know where to find me if youre important. Ill bring my exercise book to exercise my Italiano more. Oh and my goal this vacay is to loose 20 lbs.

Art exhibit and to-die-for bag

Im such a bad blogger. These photos were taken last week. Went Zara to buy my bag but turns out it was already finished. Then we passed by to this beautiful place near in Trevi Fountain.The weather was nice, cold breeze slapping my face. Pretty chilly. Muji with Stefano to buy his stuff and after that we went to a photo exhibition at Palazzo delle Esposizioni. Im in love with these love story drawings. I so wanna take it and put it on my wall. :] We enjoyed our red orange juice and capuccino after the exhibit. It was a fun day.

FINALLY!!!!!! I fucking got it! Its all in my hands now! After 2 weeks of bag hunting, I found you. An Alexander Wang-inspired duffel bag. Cant wait to use you! ♥
